Senior manager Walter and his son Markus are true masters in preparing culinary specialities! Our diverse menu offers South Tyrolean and Italian delicacies to suit every taste, and our hotel guests and day guests will find fresh, daily, seasonal delights on the varied menu of the day.

We attach importance to the processing of local products and refine our dishes with herbs from our own herb garden, and we serve fresh side dishes from our vegetable beds, according to the season! The home-made dumplings in different variations are particularly popular.

from 11.30 am to 2.00 pm and from 6.00 pm to 8.00 pm, closed on Tuesdays
